preheat oven to 350° and spray your donut pan and set aside
first whisk all your dry ingredients together in a large bowl
in another bowl or large enough measuring cup, add all your wet ingredients together and whisk until combined
make a well in the middle of your dry ingredients and pour in your wet ingredients to the dry and mix together until combined and no more dry spots are seen.
then in a large piping bag (or large zip lock bag) pour your mixture in and cut a hole on the end. Large enough to get the mixture out. ** Tip for doing this is to put your bag in a large cup and fold the ends over the sides of the cup to help you get your mixture in without making too much of a mess**
pipe your donut mixture into your donut pan. You want the mixture to fill up about 3/4 of the way up on the sides.
bake in the oven for 11-12 minutes; For mine I checked at 10 and added another minute or 2 to get the perfect texture.
repeat with remaining mixture! This should make about 14 donuts depending on the size of your pan. I used a 6 donut pan.
